On site slip rentals available at Northwest Marine and the Public Marina in town. Ferry Beach, Castle Farms, Mushroom House Tours, Boyne Thunder, Venetian, Apple Fest, Mount McSauba for skiing and so many other events to enjoy!

Condo is located within the Foster Boat Works Condo complex right on Lake Charlevoix. The marina is directly in front of the condo, and Ferry Beach and the new Charlevoix Yacht Club is right next door. We are 2 miles from Castle Farms, perfect location if you are coming here for a wedding. The complex is also next to the Belvedere Club, a Beautiful historic area.

There is an elevator and carts to easily bring up your belongings. Condo comes equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
