The home comes fully equipped with all of the conveniences of home. Enjoy the beautiful new Hot Springs hot tub, deck and outdoor brick paver patio with firepit. The home is very warm and welcoming for up to 12 guests. It boasts a 2-story stone gas fireplace, high end kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, comfortable bedding, leather reclining couches, granite throughout and a finished basement/entertainment area. The home offers a King master suite on the main level along with living area, kitchen, half bath and a large mudroom/ski storage area. Upstairs you will find 2 Queen bedrooms, one bunk room offering 2 single beds, 2 futons and a full bath. The basement has one King bedroom, one full bath, laundry room and recreation area. 

The Reserve also offers the convenience of the Kitz cabin where guests are able to park and ski in/out. The paved walk/bike path right out your front door will take you down to Deer Lake or over the Boyne Mountain Village. This location is very serene and private and the perfect getaway for all seasons! 

Please note: It is recommended that you have a 4WD or AWD in the winter months to access the property. The home is within The Reserve at Boyne Mountain and all guests are to follow HOA rules.
